What Everwood Accesses

Everwood Inbox requests only read-only Gmail access. It accesses the connected Google account identity and Gmail content needed to show the owner's inbox, including threads, messages, sender and recipient information, subjects, snippets, timestamps, unread state, message bodies, thread structure, and attachment metadata.

Everwood does not request attachment bytes.

Why Access Is Needed

Everwood Inbox requests read-only access to Gmail so an authorized business owner can view email inside Everwood Business OS. Gmail remains the mailbox source, and messages are loaded on demand for the Inbox list and reader.

Inbox cannot send, reply, forward, archive, delete, star, label, snooze, or otherwise modify Gmail.

What Everwood Stores

• An encrypted Google authorization credential
• The connected account email address
• Provider, granted scope, and connection status
• Credential key version and safe connection timestamps
• Limited audit, security, health, and operational information without Gmail message content

What Everwood Inbox Does Not Permanently Store

• Gmail message bodies or snippets
• Inbox search results
• Unread state
• Full thread history
• Attachment files or attachment bytes

Remote images are blocked. Email HTML is sanitized and displayed in a restrictive sandboxed frame. Gmail data is not used for advertising, resale, lending or credit decisions, unrelated profiling, customer CRM records, product analytics, or Everwood AI features.

How to Disconnect in Everwood

1. Sign in as the business owner.
2. Open All Products in the Everwood dashboard.
3. Find Everwood Inbox and select Configure.
4. Select Disconnect.
5. Review the confirmation and select Disconnect Google.

Only the authorized business owner can connect, access, or disconnect Everwood Inbox during the current release.

How to Revoke Access Through Google

You can also open your Google Account, go to its third-party access settings, find Everwood Inbox, and remove access. Google may change the labels or location of these controls. After revocation, Everwood Inbox will stop working and may ask you to reconnect.

What Happens After Disconnecting

• Everwood attempts to revoke the Google credential.
• Everwood removes the encrypted authorization credential from the active connection record, even if provider revocation cannot be completed.
• Future Gmail API access stops.
• Transient Gmail content is no longer available in Everwood Inbox.
• No email is deleted or modified in Gmail.
• Limited connection metadata, security records, audit logs, operational records, legal records, provider logs, or encrypted backups may remain under Everwood's retention practices.

Fixed retention periods have not yet been approved for every type of Inbox connection metadata, log, operational record, and backup. These limited records are not necessarily removed immediately.

Account Deletion Requests

Email support@everwoodtech.techfrom the account owner's email address and identify the business. Everwood will verify the request and process it subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, operational, and backup retention requirements. Timing depends on the records involved and those requirements; Everwood does not currently promise a fixed deletion deadline.

Google Limited Use

Everwood's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Routine human access is prohibited; narrow exceptions require explicit permission for specific data, a necessary security or abuse investigation, or a legal requirement.
