Everwood InboxBeta

Read business email without leaving Everwood

Connect one business Gmail account and read customer email inside Everwood Business OS. Everwood Inbox is read-only and cannot send, delete, archive, label, or modify your email.

Everwood Inboxis in Beta: we're actively building and testing it, and it isn't generally released yet. Signing up for Everwood does not turn it on. Registering interest helps us decide which Beta product we release first. Everwood businesses vote from their dashboard.

The problem

What Everwood Inbox is for

Customer email and day-to-day business work often live in separate tabs.

  • Owners switch away from the dashboard to check customer email
  • Message context is harder to scan beside bookings and customer work
  • A mailbox connection should not need permission to change email

Beta direction

What's being built

  1. The authorized business owner opens the Inbox configuration page
  2. The owner reviews the disclosure and grants read-only Gmail access
  3. Everwood loads Gmail threads and messages on demand inside Inbox
  4. The owner can disconnect Google at any time

Planned capabilities

What Everwood Inbox is being built to do

These capabilities describe what this Beta product is intended to become. They are not generally available yet.

Live inbox view

Read Gmail threads, messages, sender and recipient details, subjects, snippets, timestamps, and unread state.

Thread reader

Open a full conversation with message bodies and thread structure.

Private HTML display

Remote images are blocked, and email HTML is sanitized inside a restrictive sandboxed frame.

Attachment metadata only

See attachment names, MIME types, sizes, and inline status without Everwood requesting attachment bytes.

Read-only by design

No send, reply, forward, archive, delete, star, label, snooze, or other mailbox-modification actions.

Limited storage

Message bodies, snippets, search results, unread state, thread history, and attachment files are not permanently stored by Everwood Inbox.

Everwood Inbox is in Beta. These capabilities are what we're building toward, not a generally available product.
